Therefore, we can only accommodate cancellation or changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

Due to the nature of our handmade designs, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Each item is carefully crafted and made to order, ensuring its uniqueness and quality. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with pictures, and we will do our best to assist you.

4. How are your products shipped?

We ship our products via USPS priority mail with tracking. This allows us to ensure that your order is delivered safely and efficiently.

5. How long does shipping take?
